The Chestnut Hill location would not honor a Bertucci’s coupon I received in the mail. After several attempts to understand why they wouldn’t honor the coupon and many “sorry Sweetheart†comments, I left. My husband went back 2 minutes after and they immediately agreed to take the coupon. I cannot believe a local business would behave in such a sexist way. I wanted to support my local Bertucci’s during the COVID-19 pandemic....what a mistake. My family and I will never be a Bertucci’s customer again.

This long standing chain still serves decent pizza and pasta for families. The star is their brick oven pizza, though they do have good pasta and salad as well. They have a pretty extensive #glutenfree menu, including pizzas made with a cauliflower crust.

It's a nice casual place to bring a family. Pricing on the entrees used to be affordable but now has been updated to an average of $15. $3 soft drinks and you are quickly up to $80 for a family of 4.
